Well I can definitely say that oug of all the hotels I've stayed including suites this was the only place that actually had a housekeeper come in our room and do her job with cleaning taking out the trash from trash cans and fresh clean towels and new travel size basic soap bars and shampoo and conditioner and was professional about her job title. Very pleased by her service I did walk in our room while she was cleaning our room I thanked her alot as I was in and out of room. Also the front desk lady she was pretty nice and was very helpful and offered to solve an issue with our booking dates and corrected the problem with our reservation dates. we even got a refund back and were able to stay that same night. The room smelt clean even the next morning the room still smelled clean. I have 2 little kids and with them eating and leaving crumbs on the floor not once did I see any roaches. What do people expect when you book or stay a night at budget inn I think the name is pretty self explanatory. Everything worked fine for my family during our stay. The TV was fuzzy to watch but me n kids all have our own phone so TV isn't too entertaining to us anyways the parking lot can use attention and this is one place that does serve breakfast but all of it is individually wrapped so it was convenient during the Covid 19. Overall i am pleased with our stay. It might not be top notch or everything with a new look to it. But seriously it's hotel they rent out their rooms every night. What do you expect maids service and some of the problems you all write on here for some reason arent being brought up to front desk or the correct person to correct those problems. The other guests seemed ok they didn't bother us. Didn't complain about my kids when they were being loud just playing and laughing loudly in our room. It was very laid back like it has its policy and private rules and it's not hard to follow and respect . I wish I would have asked the housekeeper her name to leave her a review and a good word for her at front desk. Which I still will do. Ty budget inn and staff.

Baba a word pls what are we going do our contract expired years ago idk how inform chevron gentleman or you want make new contract let me know I'll find an hour to see about visiting and other important things pertaining to personal business Joe Biden is on with Mexico afirmly done correctly I'm not to sure so idk if I'm wrong doing this to my life again over usa not being beneficial to my children myself our lives so let's discuss this hopefully I wasn't to bothersome ttyl have good morning condiments waiting for your service. Upon arrival, we were greeted by front desk clerk, I believe his name was Omer. He was very efficient, kind and accommodating, even telling us about the area. He made us feel welcome from the start. I would hire him in a heart beat!

Excellent customer service and cleaning ladies where %awesome just overall affordable temporary housing where your guaranteed to be able to relax escape the heat clean up rest n also play loud music all night long with great insulated walls to block sound from room to room u can enjoy like I said ALL NIGHT LONG BABY!!!!!!

I checked in on 10/28 and paid a $100 security fee. I checked out on 10/30 . I made sure to ask about my security and when I would receive it on my card. They told me that a small lap was damaged( which I know was exactly like it was when I got there) and also some towels were dirty. She told me that I would only receive half of my security back which I still haven't received. First of all the lamp was many years old and I didn't see any damage. Also a couple of dirty towels does not add up to$50. It seems it's one of those hotels that will always try to keep your security. Beware

Stayed here last night. Booked this room then was scared of other reviews. Last night guy that checked me me in said rooms refurbished 3 weeks ago. Woman checking me out last night said new ownership 3 weeks ago. Be prepared to pay 100 dollar deposit. Pay in cash to get back same day. This was an inconvenience why they lose one star. Had to go to hotel next door and atm charged 4 dollar fee. They were honest and I got it all back. The 100 dollar part. For me rooms were clean and nice and no bugs like other reviewers said. I do believe the new owner and refurbished claims. Quiet halls. Seemed alone. Never heard anyone. Building secure by gate abd fence or walkinf through front door down halls. This is an indoor hotel not a motel like motel 6. Room doors are to hallways. I stayed on the second floor. Stairs seemed to stop there. I dont believe there is a third floor.

They have DRASTICALLY improved this motel! I went into my room without high expectations UT it looks very newly renovated, none of the issues from old reviews years ago before the new owners. Will definitely stay here again, the price is unbearable for the room I got.
